1. Acquisition quick reference
  • Shoot the central Crux to begin. The same Crux alternates which marked doors are open.
  • Clear enemies at all three stations. Kill Abated Adherents before they can maintain their attack beam on an obelisk.
  • Watch the reference pillars. When a pillar activates, its top glyph is Traveler or Pyramid. Kill the Disciple's Compass Taken Knight on that named side.
  • The pillar's middle glyph now identifies one of the marked rooms. The nearest assigned runner enters it. If its door is closed, call for a central Crux toggle.
  • The pillar's bottom glyph is Light or Darkness. Inside the room, identify the room half bearing that call and kill the Glyphkeeper on that side.

Encounter playbook

  1. 1Shoot the central Crux to begin. The same Crux alternates which marked doors are open.
  2. 2Clear enemies at all three stations. Kill Abated Adherents before they can maintain their attack beam on an obelisk.
  3. 3Watch the reference pillars. When a pillar activates, its top glyph is Traveler or Pyramid. Kill the Disciple's Compass Taken Knight on that named side.
  4. 4The pillar's middle glyph now identifies one of the marked rooms. The nearest assigned runner enters it. If its door is closed, call for a central Crux toggle.
  5. 5The pillar's bottom glyph is Light or Darkness. Inside the room, identify the room half bearing that call and kill the Glyphkeeper on that side.
  6. 6Read the single glyph left by the correct Glyphkeeper and report it as that room cycle's result. Record it in call order.
  7. 7Repeat the Knight, room, and Glyphkeeper sequence until the team has three result glyphs.
  8. 8Inspect all three faces of every obelisk. Exactly one obelisk contains all three results across its nine displayed positions.
  9. 9Assign one shooter to each result and count down a near-simultaneous volley. A correct offering drains and resets that obelisk.
